These Subscription Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions for subscribing to and using our platform, which offers access to live streams, movies, podcasts, documentaries, short films, other user-generated content and more. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, as well as our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans & Access

We offer multiple subscription tiers to provide different levels of access to content and features.

1.2 Free Trials

• If a free trial is available, it will be clearly communicated during sign-up.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
• Free trials are limited to one per user and abuse may result in revocation.

1.3 Account Access & Device Limitations

• Each subscription is tied to a single account and may not be shared outside the household.
• Streaming on multiple devices simultaneously is limited to the allowances of each plan.

2. Payment & Billing

2.1 Payment Methods

• Payments are processed via Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Your billing cycle begins once your trial period ends or immediately if you sign up for a paid plan without a trial.

2.2 Automatic Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless manually canceled.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

2.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription anytime via account settings in the manage subscriptions tab.
  • No refunds for partial months of service.
  • App Store & Google Play purchases must be refunded directly through their respective platforms.

3. Content Access & Usage

3.1 License to Access

• Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access content for personal use only.
• Content may not be copied, redistributed, or repurposed. 

3.2 Content Availability

• Content availability may vary by region and is subject to licensing agreements.
• We may modify, remove, or update content at our discretion.

3.3 User-Generated Content & Monetization

• Content creators can monetize their work via live bucks (gifting), fan chat (setting a live-stream fee for users to actively join the conversation, while the live stream remains free to watch), and content based earnings.
• Monetization eligibility requires compliance with Community Guidelines and our Monetization Policy.

4. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if:

• A subscriber violates these Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Privacy Policy.
• Fraudulent activity or unauthorized access is detected.
• A subscriber is found abusing trial periods or subscription-sharing policies.

Subscribers may voluntarily delete their accounts at any time, but subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
• We are not responsible for any user-generated content uploaded by third parties.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
