Live Kanvas respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect you to do the same. Live Kanvas Terms of Service and Community Guidelines do not allow posting, sharing, or sending any content that violates or infringes someone else’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Copyright Infringement

We do not allow any content that infringes copyright. The use of copyrighted content by others without proper authorization or legally valid reason may lead to a violation of Live Kanvas’ policies.

Removal of Content; Suspension or Termination of Account

Any user content that infringes another person’s copyright may be removed. The account may be suspended or terminated for multiple copyright violations in connection with the use of the Live Kanvas app, or other violations of the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse any account holder whose account was used for improper activities from opening a new account on Live Kanvas app.

In the event that a third party provides Live Kanvas with a notification of any alleged intellectual property infringement,  Live Kanva may, in Live Kanvas’ sole and absolute discretion, immediately remove such content, ban users from publishing on the site and cancel the user’s subscription, the only liability for any of which will be Live Kanvas’ refund of any remaining, pro-rated balance of any subscription fee paid by a banned user. In addition, in the event of an alleged copyright infringement, Live Kanvas shall act expeditiously in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and will take steps to have the allegedly infringing material removed or access to such material blocked.

Information for Rights Holders

Copyright Infringement Notification

Contacting the user directly may resolve your complaint more quickly and in a way that is more beneficial to you, the user, and our community. You may also file an IP Infringement Report to request the removal of the alleged infringing content from Live Kanvas. To report alleged infringing content, select the ellipsis in the top right corner of the disputed content and choose “Report.”

All reports should contain the following information:

Your name and contact information, including address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

Identify the content on Live Kanvas that you request to be removed or rendered inaccessible, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;

Explain why and how the content you wish removed harms you or violates rights, laws, or our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;

A statement that the information in your report is accurate, and, if you are reporting infringement of intellectual property rights, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to include necessary information may limit our ability to investigate your claims and may result in your complaint being denied.

Before submitting a notification, please be aware that intentionally submitting a misleading or fraudulent report may lead to liability for damages under section 512(f) of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or similar laws as may be applicable in other countries.

If you submit a report or infringement notification to us, we may contact you if we have additional questions about your report or notification. Please note that Live Kanvas is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties and may not be able to remove the content or suspend the account you reported. We recommend you contact the person who posted the content or owns the account to try to resolve your issue directly.
