Welcome to Live Kanvas! Our platform is designed to empower creators and bring audiences together through movies, podcasts, documentaries, short films, live streams, and more. To maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for all users, we ask that you follow these Community Guidelines. Violating these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

1. Respect & Inclusivity

We celebrate diversity and encourage respectful interactions. We do not tolerate:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or threats based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other personal identity.

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks against individuals or groups.

• Encouragement of violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities.

• Spam content or commenting

• Nudity or sexual activity

• False or misinformation

2. Content Ownership & Copyright

• Only upload content you own or have explicit permission to share.

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (movies, music, podcasts, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• Any copyright violations may result in removal and potential legal consequences.

3. Safe & Appropriate Content

Youth safety is our priority! Live Kanvas prohibits any content or activity that endangers youth. We do not allow content that may put young people at risk of exploitation, or psychological, physical, or developmental harm. If we become aware of youth exploitation on our platform, we will ban the account, and take other actions required by law.

Report any inappropriate content involving minors immediately!

A person must be 13 years and older to have an account.

If we learn someone is below the minimum age on Live Kanvas, we will ban that account.

You must be 16 years and older to use direct messages and be 18 years and older to go LIVE.

Our objective is to offer young individuals an experience that aligns with their developmental stage while fostering a secure environment.

Ages 13 to 17

13–17-year-old individuals may only use Live Kanvas if their parent or guardian agrees to Live Kanvas’ Terms of Service. Live Kanvas Terms of Service can be found here.

Content that includes the following is not allowed:

• Graphic violence, gore, or depictions of physical harm.

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.

• Promotion of illegal activities, drugs, or dangerous behavior.

• Misinformation, scams, or fraudulent content.

4. Live Streaming Conduct

• Be mindful of your audience and maintain respectful discussions.

• Do not engage in harmful behavior such as threats, doxing, or inciting violence.

• Livestreams should not be used to promote misleading or deceptive content.

• Ensure that any guest appearances adhere to platform guidelines.

5. Content Use Restrictions.

User must not:

• Access any website, server, software application, or other computer resource owned, used, and/or licensed by Live Kanvas, including but not limited to the Services, by means of any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means for any purpose, or bypass any measures Live Kanvas may use to prevent or restrict access to any website, server, software application, or other computer resource owned, used, and/or licensed by Live Kanvas.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services.

• Delete, remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or User Content, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Services, features that enforce limitations on the use of the Services or User Content, or the copyright or other proprietary rights notices on the Services or User Content.

6. User Privacy & Data Protection

Respect Intellectual Property rights; do not use unauthorized copyrighted material. We do not allow content that violates someone else’s intellectual property rights. If we become aware of content that is a violation, we will remove it. Read Live Kanvas Intellectual Property Policy here.

• Do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information about yourself or others.

• Doxxing (sharing private addresses, phone numbers, or financial details) is strictly forbidden.

• Respect others’ privacy and do not record or share content without consent.

7. Reporting & Moderation

• If you encounter harmful or inappropriate content, use the report feature to notify our moderation team.Your cooperation is vital in maintaining a safe and welcoming community for everyone.

• Moderators have the right to review, flag, and remove content that violates these guidelines.

• Repeated offenses may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

8. Account Security & Authenticity

• Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.

• Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or brands.

• Fake engagement (bot-generated views, likes, or comments) is not permitted.

9. Continuous improvement   

Provide constructive feedback to help us improve the platform. You can submit your feedback and suggestions.
